In the Cottage where there is a full kitchen we also include local free range eggs and bacon.

There are great places to eat out in Uralla, or to get hold of some wonderful take away meals.  The Guide contains all the details you need and we are always happy to make a booking for you.

Local trout, lamb for roasting, superb gourmet pies, local fruits and salad ingredients are all part of the options we are happy to discuss with you.  Homemade desserts and locally made confectionery are also available, any time.

The Town

Uralla is an ideally situated town with a magnificent heritage streetscape, beautiful parks and a welcoming community.  
Half way between Sydney and Brisbane on the New England Highway, you will find a family friendly town with plenty to enjoy.  Whether you are after a wander in an antiquarian bookshop, a great meal or to sample the delights of our local producers, wineries, brewery and distillery, there are plenty of options.  With great parks, wonderful bird life, walking tracks and country roads to ride your bike along, planning a weekend or a week is easy.
